Rehearsals : NDG Community Centre
Schedule : Wednesdays from 6 pm – 8 pm and every third Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm
Annual Fees : $385 per year (January to June)

The Senior Choir performs in two annual CEM concerts, accompanied by professional musicians. They also perform in the annual Earth Hour concert and in various other concerts and festivals.

By exploring ambitious repertoire in a friendly atmosphere, choristers develop their:

  • vocal technique
  • interest in music theory and rhythms
  • ability to read a complex music score
  • capacity to sing in harmony (two to six parts)
  • team spirit
  • stage presence
  • ability to perform in a professional context
  • ability to sing by heart in different languages.

Criteria * :

  • attend the first rehearsal on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 6 – 8 pm
  • register (form and payment) on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 
  • attend the initiation session on Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 3:45 – 4 :45 pm

* unless otherwise agreed to with CEM

Concert Attire:

  • Either a concert dress to purchase from CEM
  • Or black pants and black shirt, to be purchased

Music Camp Dates – October 25 – 27, 2019 in St-Adolphe d’Howard (transportation and lodgings included in the fees).
Annual Fees : $610 per year (September to June)
